As a resource to the entire organization, the corporate marketing department supports corporate initiatives, acquisitions, dispositions, human resources recruitment, team member development and engagement projects. Each day brings a new and diverse set of challenges. The ability to ask the right questions to get a complete understanding of the project, allows me to bring a multitude of new ideas and solutions to each project. I have lead our team through the vetting and design of the corporate, multifamily, and retail center website creation; design and implementation of our social media strategy, creation of an online company store, creation of a graphic design request ticket system, a custom self serve flyer website, contributed to the creation of award winning branding and marketing pieces and the corporate university CRU.Daily challenges allow me to utilize my marketing, training, communication, analytics, and project management skills. I have also been afforded the opportunity to establish innovative corporate marketing programs.
