When clients integrate all of these into their life, recovery happens quicker and provides for a healthier life on all levels of Being. It is up to us to keep our immune system strong which leads to a healthy body, learning how to take control of our own health is powerful and empowering! Clients are grateful for this understanding of caring for self on all levels bringing the desired outcome of Wholeness thus Balance.
