Current━ Develops and evolves the Youth Marketing Strategy to increase scale, strengthen relationships and introduce new platforms to increase fan base. ━ Manages relationships with youth training partner, Shoot 360, on camp programming and staffing. ━ Collaborates with internal and external collaborators to develop and implement partnership programs, camps, clinics and tournaments. ━ Develops editorial strategy, support content creation, and own publishing across social media channels for… Show more ━ Develops and evolves the Youth Marketing Strategy to increase scale, strengthen relationships and introduce new platforms to increase fan base. ━ Manages relationships with youth training partner, Shoot 360, on camp programming and staffing. ━ Collaborates with internal and external collaborators to develop and implement partnership programs, camps, clinics and tournaments. ━ Develops editorial strategy, support content creation, and own publishing across social media channels for Jr. Clippers Basketball. ━ Works closely with email and digital marketing manager to acquire leads and distribute content to convert and engage kids club members. ━ Identifies key engagement tactics to acquire leads for Clipper Nation Kids. ━ Supports execution of camp programming through relationship referrals, identifying coaching staff, sourcing locations, coordination of branded assets, and coordinate execution to ensure brand standards are upheld. ━ When applicable, helps the broader marketing team with Jr. Clippers related event activation, coordination of supplies and logistics, and inventory management of experiential assets.━ Spearheaded the development and currently oversees the management of the College Rush segment, driving its strategic direction and ensuring its ongoing success.
