PaperCut software is the global market leader in print management software, developed in-house in Melbourne. PaperCut helps over 77,000 businesses in 180 countries reduce print waste, increase security, and minimise their cost of printing. In December 2018, HROnboard was acquired by ELMO Software. In July 2020, after an 18-month earn-out period, the HROnboard team officially transitioned into the ELMO eco-system.During this time, I continued my responsibilities as Head of Product & Development for HROnboard as well as leading the transition from HROnboard's perspective.During this transition, I was involved with:• Change management & communications• System migration co-ordination into ELMO's chosen toolset (Google Workspace, Slack, Confluence etc)• Product direction & strategy

HROnboard was a market-leading digital employee onboarding product that facilitates amazing new starter experiences from offer to first anniversary. Managed a Product team of 3, Associate Product Managers & a UX designer, building capability and fostering active collaboration and knowledge sharing across the team.Led strategic planning, in collaboration with Sales; Development; and Delivery teams, to develop product roadmap in line with emergent global trends and customer insights.Provided leadership, direction & development to the Product team in the development and delivery of the product roadmap, working collaboratively with the development team to share knowledge and insights, articulate user stories, coordinate release management and ensure seamless delivery.Developed and embedded best practice, Agile delivery methodologies, documenting and standardising process to drive a consistent approach across the Product Management team.

Managed the Product Professional Services team (5) responsible for implementation and support in regards to Navigo’s HR Products (OrgPlus Desktop; OrgPlus Enterprise; Planning@Work; HROnboard and Visier)Provided leadership and direction to the Implementation & Support team ensuring a customer-centric approach to service deliveryBuilt the delivery processes for HROnboard’s initial configuration for enterprise customersInfluenced the acquisition of HROnboard brand name and software code by Navigo from the creators and co-developed the product strategy and roadmap.Managed the development team for Navigo’s HROnboard product; executing the strategic roadmap, articulating user stories and designing UI mocks and new features for upcoming sprints.

Managed the Professional Services team (8) responsible for implementation and support in regards to Navigo’s HR Products as well as our HRIS Professional Services for Alesco customer’s.Developed and embedded best practice, process improvement & documentation to drive a consistent approach across the Operations team and optimise the quality of work delivered in customer engagements.

Conducted business analysis and requirements gathering to implement organisational charts and workforce modeling using Navigo’s OrgPlus products.Installed the OrgPlus Enterprise software on client servers (Windows Server) and wrote scripts in PLSQL to extract data from their HRIS into OrgPlus Enterprise charts.Designed and delivered training workshops for client organisations to establish internal capability with regards to OrgPlus and HROnboard and enable seamless integration and optimal utilisation of products.Managed consultancy assignments with serval large financial institutions to support large scale organisational change and workforce transformation projects:Applied expert knowledge of Navigo product features and capability to deliver org. charting and enable enterprise-level workforce planning and organisational design

Delivered first line customer support for Navigo's OrgPlus products and services.

Website development for 3 different sites, one using Joomla CMS eCommerce with a large amount of customization.Event managed a number of International HiFi shows for SGR Audio, including the Melbourne Audio Show, Munich High End and the Consumer Electronics Show (CES).Managed accounts receivable, accounts payable & payroll bookkeeping using Saasu and submitted BAS statements.Managed this role on a part-time basis while working at eSITE.CONNECT and Navigo.

Progressed into management and leadership position; responsible for production and service teams working across multiple projects and client engagements.Also prioritised new features & bugs based on customer priority for the development team and some UI design for the admin screens.
