I then developed my HR recruiting career within the logistics, shipping and transport industry where I had accountability as the senior consultant and recruited at all organisational levels. I built strong networks with industry business leaders, clients and candidates which has ultimately led to the demand for developing First Person as being a true business partner to employers and candidates within the industry.With over 20 years experience in recruitment, account management and business development, primarily within the highly competitive shipping & logistics industry, I am a results driven senior consultant with a high level of energy and commitment.
