Belinda is a dualist researcher with 20 years’ experience across quantitative and qualitative methods and enjoys taking a strategic approach to connecting the dots across different types of research approaches to deliver holistic insights to clients.Over the years Belinda has enjoyed working for both large and boutique agencies. Having experience across both small and large agencies has allowed Belinda to gain experience across a broad range of approaches to problem solving and uncovering human truths that sit behind real, actionable insights for clients. Belinda has worked with a wide variety of clients across an array of industries and has run both International and local studies.Belinda’s passion lies in getting to the heart of consumer understanding and making the link to business objectives and goals. Belinda enjoys connecting the dots by implementing the most useful research methods that get to the aha moments for clients. Getting to the heart of what lies behind a human truth is fundamental for truly answering a client problem or revealing an aha moment that can transform businesses and industries.Belinda has a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) from Monash University where she was presented with a Dean’s award for her work in economics.Areas of expertise: Quantitative and qualitative research including brand tracking and ad hoc surveys, segmentation, co-creation workshops, in-depth interviews, community platforms, ethnography and focus groups.
