Researched and managed the implementation of the Live Person software application to manage all computer based customer interactions using live chat, click-to-talk and email management. Managed the design and build-out of the flag-ship Virtual Studio and supporting technology allowing on-line shoppers to interact with Neiman Marcus personal shoppers.
