The Superadobe Bois Cotlette Estate is the first Earthbag-home built in the island of Dominica, in the Bois Cotlette Property located in the southwest of the island. The home sits nestled in a valley within the active Morne Plat Pays volcanic complex surrounded by the best preserved example of plantation architecture featuring buildings for the processing of coffee, sugar, and cocoa.

As a project manager, I've taken upon the designing and construction of community projects with natural building materials alongside the lead civil engineer. All projects are built with the involvement of community members and international volunteers.

Urbz is an experimental action and research collective specialized in participatory planning and design with teams in Mumbai, Bogotá, São Paulo, Geneva and Seoul. Working alongside citizens, associations, local governments and private clients. I currently conduct research on the origin of informal settlements in Caracas, Venezuela as well as the circular migration between Venezuela and Colombia, creating monthly content for urbz.net

FAVELissues is a collaborative blog analyzing urban informality on a global scale. With such an interdisciplinary team composed of sociologists, architects, planners, economists, political scientists, academics and practitioners, and such an international body (US, Brazil, Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, India, South Africa and Egypt amongst others) FAVELissues is sure to bring multiple perspectives – bridging both theory and practice- to discussions of city growth, development, and sustainability.

As a project coordinator, my main role is to lead the general coordination and execution of workshops serving as a community liaison, teacher for the workshops with children as well as the lead architect in the development and the execution of proposals.Trazando Espacios (Tracing Spaces) is a non-profit organization devoted to the empowerment of children (10-14 years old) from vulnerable communities in Venezuela through participatory design workshops. These are structured in 3 stages: 1. Observation: where students learn to map our their communities and find spaces of opportunity.2. Imagination: where they learn the basics of measuring, scale, proportion and the design of elements and surfaces.3. Transformation: in this stage the community and the students play a key role in the execution of the projects alongside volunteers.

I worked on the design and construction of a Recyled Plastic Bottle Greehouse for the Santa Cruz Public School, as part as a agriculture curriculum that wishes to be added to the School's Curriculum to be taught by the community leader Orlando Sirit.
