Hello! I am Bella, a rising senior at Columbia University studying Music and Medical Humanities. Dedicated to pursuing a career in piano performance and education, I am part of Columbia’s Music Performance Program and I study with Dr. Inesa Sinkevych at Manhattan School of Music. I have performed as a soloist, chamber musician, and accompanist at a variety of venues and festivals throughout Chicago, New York, and internationally. With seven years of teaching experience in piano and music theory, I have always been committed to sharing my love for music with people of all ages, abilities, learning styles, and backgrounds. Eager to make a meaningful impact through music, I am also passionate about music therapy, an interest that informed my choice of double major. I am drawn to research that fuses music with such fields as medicine, math, literature, philosophy, and politics, and believe this interdisciplinary approach provides a richer understanding of music, enhancing my playing and teaching.
