I am board certified music therapist (mt-bc) and a certified yoga instructor (RYT-200) and I work from a holistic and person centered approach.Movement, music, and mindfulness are the three modalities I have always heavily aligned with, and I incorporate the three of them together to help create a safe, inclusive, and healing experience in my work. I have seen the power that music, movement, and mindfulness have on the physical, emotional, and energetic body as well as a way to deepen the relationship to the self, others, and nature. I believe that engaging with these modalities alone, or together, elicit positive and long lasting changes.My favorite part of my work is forming genuine connections with clients. I am honored to walk alongside clients in what I truly believe is some of the worlds greatest gifts ~ music, healing, and reconnecting with our most authentic selves.
