Kitl is a startup based out of the Illawarra, the jobs platform provides employers with a digital hiring tool to attract and manage interested talent. By being in Marketing, Product and Partnerships I was able to work across many facets of the business to support customers, clients, dev and partners.At Kitl I was responsible for:- Supporting user experience with onboarding. This included designing and implementing product tours and creating the platform's resource documents to assist users with screenshots, instructions and platform walkthroughs. - Filming, editing and designing videos for the Kitl Youtube channel, resource documents and marketing resources.- Developing the Kitl newsletter “The Kit” which required research, graphic design and content coordination to produce entertaining, informative and promotional material.- Managed partnerships with brands such as Your & Owls, Sunset Cinema, Cinch Skin and Hnry. This included designing promotions such as the "Groovy Movie Giveaway”, "Yours and Owls Giveaway" and "Kitl Perks"- Designed and published social media content, blogs, infographics and partnership material, to inform audiences and drive engagement.
