Reporting to the Manager, HRIS and Benefits, the People Ops Coordinator plays a crucial role insupport for a variety of tasks that help foster an incredible employee experience.● Assist in administrative duties within our HRIS (UKG)● Answer routine questions and inquiries in peopleops gmail account that require knowledgeof established departmental procedures and familiarity with operations and programs withinthe People Team● Responsible for responding to all Verification of Employment● Responsible for the employee onboarding experience process from pre-employment to thefirst week and beyond in UKG● Monitor background checks● Assist with processing of terminations in UKG and paperwork attached to the terminationprocess● Assist with People Team events including but not limited to, engagement activities andcampaigns around benefits● Respond to employment verification requests● Provide HR support on special projects such as All-hands decks for SVP, People and dataentry tasks
