Over the years, my career has focused heavily on supporting and assisting with growth of local businesses. What began with my own small floral design business progressed to a friend asking for help with running her settlement group, which grew into a passion for coming alongside a company and helping them thrive. Whether in person or virtual, managing a team and maintaining a positive, respectful, collaborative, and productive work environment within the group is very important to me. I make myself available to my superiors, employees, and coworkers to listen to ideas, mediate differences, and seek out personal feedback. Capable, creative, able to think outside the box and possessing a strong work ethic, I have a wide range of skills and can easily mold to any environment or need.On a personal note, my sons Edward and Bruce (11 and 9) are the most important people in my life, and a driving force behind me as I seek to move forward and grow my career. Together we love to go for walks in our neighborhood, play with our two cats, write haikus, they play sports while I cheer, and take day trips to explore Virginia.
