Since beginning my career journey for Kohl's in 2021 on the allocation team, to accepting my role as assistant assortment planner for Nordstrom Rack Men's Trend, I have learned so much about what it means to be successful in retail. I have developed my skills in partnering with cross functional teams, analyzing KPI's to create cohesive business performance reports, embracing ambiguity, and developing assortment plans for in-season product. I cannot wait to see what the future holds for fashion retailing and am ready to dive in headfirst.
