I executed a comprehensive market landscape analysis, evaluated a strategic pivot, and influenced the company’s business plan. I also created pitch decks for a pre-seed funding round and an accelerator program.

• Organizational Leadership: Led a 10-person multi-departmental data integration initiative to streamline critical component identification in the cell therapy space with minimal enterprise historical knowledge. • Product Evaluation: Evaluated three novel harvest technologies and conveyed feedback to three companies on designs and usability to support future partnering opportunities. Assessed feasibility of and identified gaps for implementation of two modeling technologies, presented assessment to key stakeholders and generated organizational buy-in for implementation.• Strategic Alignment: Authored five technical protocols with alignment across four global site stakeholders to enable a simplified process validation for therapy application to the FDA. • Relationship Management: Created new partner company relationship and influenced device designs to better fit Genentech’s specifications.• Quantitative Analysis and Communication: Delivered core technical data package for an FDA filing to enable a new global manufacturing strategy and responded to FDA internal review questions toward final approval in Dec’18. • Mapped the antigenic hotspots of viral coat glycoproteins to guide the design of improved viral therapeutics • Analyzed glycoprotein mutant stability and antibody binding efficiency with NativePage gels and antigen ELISA assays • Independently designed and implemented various experiments to further identify, verify and assess antigenic hotspots

• Performed differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) to understand atypical denaturing behavior of multiple monoclonal antibody formats, including IgG1, IgG2, IgG4, BsAbs, Fusion proteins and FAb fragments currently in development• Collaborated with a cross functional team to investigate atypical peaks on non-reduced capillary electrophoresis-SDS (CE-SDS)• Designed and troubleshoot DSC protocols to identify potential reasons for atypical molecule behavior on CE-SDS• Led a weekly intern forum to practice formal data presentations and to promote cross-functional understanding
