As the CEO & Co-founder of Tilda, I’m driven by a passion for AI, organizational change, and learning. For over a decade, I’ve been dedicated to addressing a crucial challenge: the fact that 70 to 90% of learning and change initiatives don’t succeed.At Tilda, we’re developing a B2B SaaS tool—an AI copilot built for HR, learning and transformation teams who want to increase the effect of their learning and change initiatives rooted in research. Tilda evolved from our work at Colearn, a consultancy company I co-founded. At Colearn, we help organizations modernize and accelerate how they work with change and learning.I'm also proud to contribute as a board member at Beckmans College of Design. Having been a part of the Global Management Team at Hyper Island, as Director of Development, I worked with global change developing a new learning methodology and offerings suited for a digital world.My journey has been a blend of strategic leadership, innovation and hands-on experience in designing transformative learning experiences and change initiatives.Let's connect and explore how we can create meaningful change together!
