As a Customer Service Agent, I am responsible for providing an exceptionally high level of service across numerous platforms such as; phone, chat and email. I am required to provide support and help to customers needing help with luxury travel packages, travel arrangements, amendments and cancellations. Essentially, I am to ensure their travel experience is as perfect and smooth as possible.

Assistance with design projects including 3D modelling and admin work.

Management all things Instagram (@Asa.Bond) and social media. Sharing student work as well as keeping the internal and external school community updated with everything that is happening in and around the Architecture building.

Responsible for taking orders and waiting.

As my studies are coming to a close, I am dedicated to gain as much experience of the design industry as possible. Officially commencing in December of this year, I will be starting as an Intern at Isabelle Quinn. I am so excited!
