Ohayou!! (ノ˃ᴗ˂)ノ～♡I am a Psychology graduate from TULC and I had my first internship as a Country Researcher at the International Association for Counselling (IAC). I have also been working part-time as a KOL Researcher - background checker in Conte Defee Marketing (M) Sdn. Bhd. (also known as #PopcultureMedia) since April 2019. I am a People enthusiast who has a strong interest in Human Resources world and so I did my 2nd internship working as a People Development (or you may know it as L&D) at Tokopedia.🦉Recently, I was working as a Culture & Engagement partner at AIA. Here, I was in charge for the employee communities (sports and religious communities) and for our internal communication (managing the flow, newsletters, blasts, etc). I was also supporting all the internal events run by the HR team (Townhall, Leader’s Talk, Virtual Tour, etc). Currently, I am building the “People Nation” of my family-owned Freight Forwarding company, PT Multimodatrans Indonesia.
