- Improved retention rates throughout campus-wide sororities by engaging with new members through their first couple months into sorority life by hosting social and education events.- Adapted a plan for virtual recruitment and bid day celebration. Primary recruitment was hosted online due to COVID-19. I set guidelines and adapted an agreement to ensure all sororities on Missouri States campus followed the National Panhellenic Conference COVID-19 protocols.- Worked with an advisor to reinvent on campus, underclassman professional Fraternity: Phi Sigma Upsilon. We set membership guidelines and adopted a new constitution for the new members of Spring 2021.

- Executed quarterly newsletters highlighting the women of the chapters academic, social, and personal achievements. Newsletters were distributed to all members of the Southwest Missouri Sigma Kappa alumnae chapter of Missouri State University. - Hosted the Southwest Missouri alumnae association’s annual Tea Party. We welcomed over 50 alumnae and approximately 75 chapter members, the purpose of this event is networking, collaborating and bridging the gap between alumnae and collegiate members. - Worked with a team of six alumnae women to organize and execute Sigma Kappa- Delta Upsilon’s 60th anniversary. Over the course of 12 months, I helped plan this event that had a turnout of 300+ guests from all over the country. I worked with a budget of $12,000.
