  - Maintain and develop an effective recruitment strategy (job descriptions and advertising vacant positions) to full fill overall manpower request as per hiring forecast (local or expatriate candidates) and managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interview and technical test, to onboarding end to end. - Engaging with multiple departments and levels of the organization to understand their specific requirements and assist them in identifying the demand and supply gap in the future workforce needs and taking adequate steps. - Overseeing the administration in recruitment process such hiring and confirmation, assist to arrange medical check-up/flight and hotel, create MIS email and request PC/laptop to new hire, and contract letters to the candidate has been passed the inteview and technical test/medical check-up, tracking hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire, making the hiring report progress and conduct weekly recruitment meetings- Manage and support recruitment and selection (turnover, productivity, and engagement) for the achievement of individual Key Perfomance Indicators are compliant with the Human Resources policy and SOPs- Provide employee training on anti-harassment, anti-discrimination, anti-bullying, anti-corruption and bribery policies will be not tolerated on workplace and applicable laws or rules to solve this matters- Overseeing in employer branding initiatives and promote the company as an employer of choice such like job fair events and campus hiring
