About Bellatrix Van Wingerden
Vanaf mijn 19e deed ik aan yoga in een tijd dat niemand van yoga gehoord had...het zat een beetje in de vage hoek. Toch wist ik al: dit wil ik! Begin 20 deed ik mijn eerste yoga opleiding tot docente en daarna volgde vele. Ik wilde erkend worden, dus deed een erkende opleiding. Daarna bleef ik studeren, 20 jaar lang, van Hatha tot Ashtanga opleidingen met later specialisatie in Critical Alignment en Yoga Therapie. Mijn doel is om cursisten zich bewust te maken van hun lichaam, (weer) in contact te brengen met hun lichaam. In privé sessies help ik mensen met hun klachten en blessures. En dat doe ik met super veel plezier en enthousiasme: mensen helpen hun lichaam en geest te verbeteren. Daarnaast is mijn andere intensieve hobby: wind,-en golfsurfen! Die twee passies heb ik samengebracht in 'Yoga for Surfers'. Een specialisatie die ik zelf ontwikkelt heb en doel gericht tijdens de yoga sessies in ga op dát wat de surfer nodig heeft. Op de yoga mat laat ik de surfers houdingen doen, waarbij ze op het water beter presteren! Met speciaal afgestemde houdingen trainen we het lichaam om nog beter en langer te kunnen surfen.Ook geef ik super graag les op locaties. Heerlijk om me aan te passen aan dat wat er gevraagd wordt. Zo gaf ik les op de Roxy tour langs de kust, Womens Health fest en het internationale yoga event in Amsterdam.
