Consult with local Ann Arbor businesses on marketing material. Worked with team during the semester to perform SWOT analyses, gather data, make new marketing strategies, re-identify target audiences, make social media improvements, and create deliverables (flyers, spreadsheets, etc).

- Coached young girls aged 11, 12, and 14 - Worked creatively with other coaches to put on drills that were engaging and built technical skills for players, cultivating a team that finished their seasons in the top bracket for 2 years in a row. - Provided words of encouragement and gave advice that empowered young girls in high-stress environments, allowing them to finish games strong, win or lose.
