Started with Ventura foods working in production as Machine Operator, promoted to Production Team Lead - closing shift.Was given skills and capability to lock up & close down the building. Including boiler training & special boiler certificate.Transferred to Warehouse Team Lead, As I was Capable of managing the whole warehouse with very little oversight. I was asked to handle all supervisor & managerial tasks, due to my direct supervisor(Warehouse Manager) being pulled away/stretched thin due to Management Reorganizing.

- To pick and prepare products to ship out, via various carriers based upon the client and the location it is getting sent to.- Clients would call ahead of time for big orders so they did not need to wait when they came to pick up their orders. Pre-picking their order and noting the location you place the order in the racking.- Daily picking customers orders that come in that day to order products.- Receiving product, checking all product to make sure no damages and all are accounted for.l-Maintain a clean & tidy warehouse. Including basic janitorial cleaning.

Unloaded flatbed trailers of pallets and 8' - 16' long lumber. Filled racks with product during night shifts, using propane forklift, reach truck, ride on electric pallet jack.

My team of 3 fellow students and i worked with CWD on a technical report, That outlined the advantages and disadvantages of making Biochar from Construction debris. It also pointed at other available technologies that could be used to reduce the volume of construction debris that goes into the landfill.
