Flush Syringe automated fill and packaging. • Train and monitor that all operations are being performed per company Standard Operating Procedures and applicable work instructions to meet Quality and CGMP requirements.• Organize daily work assignments for production teammates and assists with Supervisor duties as needed.• Track hourly productivity and down time and escalate issues to appropriate support personnel and leadership.• Maintain work order documentation to ensure complete and accurate shop orders upon completion, prior to releasing to Quality Assurance.• Perform product changeover procedures including new order documentation verification, machine setup and testing, and material validation per order parameters. • Lead team during scheduled preventative maintenance and sanitation tasks that include cleaning or replacing filtration devices and operating autoclave machines.

• Perform new hire orientation into the department and specific work area.• Conduct initial department new hire training on mobile handset testing, flash, and repair.• Provide follow up training for specific weaknesses as needed, or requested. • Evaluate and document training effectiveness in the Training Checklist Database.• Orient production and support teammates in the basics of Quality Driven Manage (QDM)

• Lead team of Packaging Technicians and Production Line Operators in high-speed pharmaceutical packaging.• Verified and recorded necessary batch record information for production orders in alignment with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and company policy in order to maintain compliance with FDA regulations.• Perform random quality sampling of production to verify that the automated equipment is performing as intended.
