I am an adaptable achiever across the Learning and Development (L&D) discipline, specialising in the design, development, integration, and delivery of training solutions across both Government and Defence Industries. With over 15 years’ experience within Defence, I have refined my development and analysis skills in addition to advancing my instructional design abilities, to deliver complex training systems and technical solutions. My strong interpersonal skills and passion for people, allow me to effectively engage with clients, secure stakeholder investment and successfully facilitate customer needs, reducing scheduled training time and optimise the transfer from ‘Training’ to ‘Trained’.I have an excellent understanding of current policy, market trends and dedication to continuous improvement, which has enabled me to develop innovative training solutions that have clear milestones, are delivered on-time, and on-budget. Thriving in high tempo and collaborative environments, I enjoy employing techniques and skills of the L&D discipline to facilitate adult learning solutions throughout the change process.
