The Quality, Efficiency and Data Accuracy organization is responsible for HERE's HD Map product and process quality. Our mission is to ensure that HAD customers receive highest quality, valuable products created by the most efficient means by continuously evaluating and improving our products and processes.From March 2018 until March 2019, Belle served as the Site Lead for HERE's Berkeley office, the second largest company location in the United States. During her tenure, Belle created a Site Council and established metrics and targets for local engagement activities. Belle also led the effort to formalize local emergency response plans and to create a network of North American site leads.

My role is to manage the Data Operations group within Reality Capture and Processing. My teams are responsible for ingesting, validating and making available to the rest of the company all terrestrial, aerial and satellite data. Over the past year, Data Ops has also taken on responsibility for providing training and validation data to support machine learning algorithm development. Our tooling and operations approach for generating datasets has yielded almost an order of magnitude improvement in efficiency.

Responsible for the Air and Space team, which oversees all aerial and satellite data acquisition and initial processing.

As the first full time Product Manage for Future Ads, I was responsible for coordinating delivery and development of several front end products and advertising infrastructure elements. I coordinated development with software engineering teams located in Bosnia, building up valuable experience in distributed collaboration. I was also a co-inventor on a patent application for a novel content management approach.

Over the course of my time at Google, I co-led the initial vehicle rollout for Street View (including training and then managing drivers for over 100 cars) and built an aerial imagery collection operation that drove the oblique imagery layer still visible in Google Maps. I was directly responsible for all vendor relationships as well as the internal policies, workflows, and processes that ranged from meticulous planning to strategic partnerships.
