I was born and raised in Hong Kong. Having completed Bachelor of Sociology at the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2011, I went on Darmasiswa Scholarship program to conduct my empirical social research in Bali, Indonesia. From 2012-2014, I have worked at Vocational Training Council (VTC Hong Kong) as teaching associate. Being invited to a research team, I have joinly produced a qualitative research at VTC. Since 2014, I have been living in Germany. To further study in sociology and deepen my quantitative social research skills, I have enrolled in Master of Sociology at the University of Cologne and graduated in Summer 2023 with my master thesis “Measurement invariance of Mental-health: an exploratory study of Adolescents in 4 European countries” by making use the confidential dataset of CILS4EU. My research aims at finding:1) the underlying factorial structure of this latent construct, I have done an exploratory factor analysis with the dataset in CILS4EU.2) To check the measurement invariance across groups that were compared in previous research, and time points, I have done multi-group confirmatory factor analysis and compare the model fit indices.In short, I am able to carry out qualitative and quantitative researches and make use of the scientific findings to produce formal reports, and informative and creative podcast, feel free to drop by if you have any projects to cooperate, thank you so much!
