I am the CEO and founder of Air Branding, the first 100% Brazilian agency specializing in Employer Branding, with the mission of transforming the experience of candidates and employees by authentically and meaningfully connecting them to the purpose of brands. In nearly 10 years of operation, we have served over 100 clients, helping to build more inspiring work environments aligned with the values of companies.With more than 23 years of experience in the communication industry, I hold a degree in Public Relations from FAAP and a specialization in Image and Sound Creation in Electronic Media from Senac. Throughout my multidisciplinary career, I have accumulated experience across various fields, including television, internet, magazines, newspapers, and social media. Over the last 15 years, I have dedicated myself to the study, creation, and application of conversational methodologies and andragogy for generating insights, using design thinking as a central tool. I facilitate events, focus groups, co-creative labs, and other formats that promote co-creation and innovation.My passion for communication and group facilitation drives me to continuously seek new knowledge, including courses at the Employer Branding Academy (Universum) and the 2022 Sprint Series. Since 2022, I have had the privilege of teaching the course "Employer Branding: Image, Identity, and Identification" at both Cásper Líbero and ESPM São Paulo, and now also in an independent course in partnership with Bruna Mascarenhas and Viviane Mansi. Additionally, I am the co-author of the book Employer Branding: New Concepts, New Models, and New Practices (2023) and the creator of the Air Branding/SmartCommns methodology for EVP, launched in 2021. I have had the honor of facilitating processes for companies such as Google, TikTok, Globo, Unilever, Natura & Co, Bayer, Basf, Ambev, among others.Recently, I embarked on a new chapter in my journey by being selected for the 2024 Class of the EY Winning Women Brazil program. This program aims to support and develop women entrepreneurs, offering mentorship and training with some of EY's most renowned executives and specialists. Another significant milestone for Air Branding was our integration into One Agent, the largest international network of independent employer branding agencies. With more than 350 specialists across over 50 countries, One Agent allows us to expand our global reach, offering personalized solutions that resonate with talent worldwide.
