As a Delivery Director, I serve MSP clients by understanding business drivers, aligning optimal delivery teams, and monitoring performance to ensure top-tier results.Responsible for leading a team of 21 recruiters in our Tampa and Phoenix National Delivery headquarters that support a portfolio of 20+ MSP clients As a trusted partner, I assist MSP clients with contingent workforce solutions that provide transparency and reporting for organizations’ unique needsResponsible for maintaining and growing client relationships for nationwide client base and effectively cultivate and expand partnerships Responsible for the development and internal talent acquisition of our technical recruiters to ensure that KPI's and optimal performance are practiced to meet client SLA's and standardsResponsible for continued training and driving efficiency opportunities aimed at continuous improvement gains in: candidate identification; qualification; and streamlining the on boarding of candidates Responsible for reviewing performance metrics, analyzing business/recruiter trends, and translating business conditions for senior leadershipMeet with recruiters on a biweekly 1on1 basis to review KPIs and strategic action items

• Recruit IT professionals for major clients including CompuCom, Best Buy, Amazon, Exelon, Starbucks and Rackspace within the Managed Service Provider (MSP) program • Manage a portfolio of 5+ clients in the Enterprise/Allegis MSP program and a team of recruiters• Lead daily allocation meetings to prioritize job openings to ensure coverage within a 24-48 hour turnaround• Interview, train and mentor junior associates• Schedule bi-weekly 1-on-1s to manage KPIs and quarterly goals • Partner with 7 staffing specialists and Kforce regional account managers to prioritize requisitions to meet client demand• Communicate daily with client staffing specialists on current job openings, bulk projects, interview scheduling and feedback• Utilize SharePoint to organize daily notifications, updates, interviews and client offers • Responsible for full life cycle recruiting including initial conversation, interview preparation, placement, salary negotiation, on-boarding and check-in calls for all billing consultants• Maintain an active pipeline of candidates in addition to following up with billing consultants to ensure client and candidate expectations are being met and the contract is fulfilled
