I worked with GHD’s Water Group and was involved in a variety of projects including the design and construction of water distribution systems, storm and sanitary sewer collection systems, water and wastewater pumping stations, and road reconstruction.My responsibilities included:• Supporting contract administrators in document review and preparation including quotes, change orders, submittals, and responses to requests for information• Chairing bi-weekly construction progress meetings with clients and contractors, preparing and distributing detailed meeting agendas and minutes• Preparing proposal documents including deliverables lists, time-task matrices & scope of work• Developing Lessons Learnt to support business development and improve GHD’s project quality process• Creating detailed design drawings for watermain and sewer upgrades• Engaging with clients, equipment vendors, and stakeholders to address project needs
