General IP/data solutions (LAN, MAN,WAN) & corporate internet• Facilitate provisioning, integration and activation of corporate customer’s data link access & transmission links• Collate, analyze and compile network performances per service per node in concise & understandable manner. • provide advice & recommendations to planning unit on network core, access and transmission devices based on proven performance, reliability, manageability & cost• Liaise with network field operation team to resolve backbone, access links & access termination equipment link issues• Traffic management, monitoring, configuration & firmware upgrade of corporate customer data/IP access circuits & devices including routers, switches, modems, media converters (Ethernet over sdh), sdh & microwave radios equipment• Incident management of traffic fault report on our data links• Maintain & troubleshoot layer 2 & 3 (switches, routers, eos, pos, sdh nodes) devices, modems & other data link access devices• Liaise with field engineers to facilitate end to end connectivity testing of access links including last mile links during new link installations
