During my time at Bello Tile, I was in charge of installing various types of tile such as, granite, porcelain, mosaics, ceramics, and many more. This time was a very valuable experience for me, I learn not only how to install tile, frame walls, handle electrical systems, and modify plumbing, but I also learned the importance of detail. Prior to any job, we would make an exact layout of how we want our final product to look. This meant that we communicated with customers about their preferences, made calculations down to eighth of inches, and ensured that every tile was up to standard before being set. Other than labor, I also was in charge of the website and social media for my family business. This meant creating a website for more outreach, creating a Google business account, and managing social media. This gave me good experience in being able to display our work to new cliental who were interested in having work done.
