I was called into ReviverSoft to assist with the management of the company website when their incumbent web developer became suddenly unavailable. I was able to join the team and immediately make an impact by completing the work in progress with minimal ramp up time.I was used on a growing basis throughout 2010 culminating in taking on full time position as of January 2011. The website is built using the Zend Framework on a LAMP stack. Actuate BIRT was employed as the reporting tool.

Augmented the internal IT team at CRC. I was initially contacted to help with the trouble ticket workload (small enhancements and fault fixes), but soon moved onto several key projects.Key Projects:Territory ManagementAs the client uses platform licensing, they did not have access to the delivered territory management module in Salesforce.com. I was tasked with implementing a highly scalable and flexible solution. This was largely implemented using custom objects, Apex (including batchable and schedulable classes) and the web services API. I was also responsible and produced documents for requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing and operationalization.Sequest IntegrationIntegrated highly customized SalesForce.com instance with a client/server clinical application (Sequest). Cast Iron was used as the integration tool. I was responsible for designing the workflow, the Salesforce.com customizations, workflow and outbound messaging. I also helped design some of the Cast Iron orchestrations.Data ConversionPeformed a one-off data load from a legacy system into 8 custom Salesforce.com objects. As it was a one-off and the client didn't at the time have any sophisticated tools, I used data loader and excel to manipulate and upload the data.

Short term contract to execute a small project that was slipping as part of a larger project. Was able to join the team, liaise with business owners and technical staff, and execute on the implementation of a key project in the matter of a few weeks.

While with Actuate, I worked in a wide range of functional areas (support, sales, marketing, financial, field services and distribution). This has involved working directly on and leading a team in all stages of software life-cycle (implementation, reporting, maintenance, upgrade, performance tuning and integration) on and between several different platforms and solutions, including SaaS, self-hosted and home grown models. In the last 4 years my focus has shifted to SalesForce.com both in the areas of Sales/Marketing, and more recently, Support.
