I am still participating in the same activities that were listed in my previous position as a service technician. I worked here later in my Highschool career performing data entry, and database building in Secure Fire and Safety’s barcode tracking software which was giving the company a significant competitive edge. Soon came Business School at UW-Stout where I spent the majority of my weekends driving home to recharge fire extinguishers with my Father. Some of my most memorable moments with my father were working long hours in the “powder room”(recharge room) for uncountable weekends throughout college. There is no doubt invincible work ethic has been drilled into my persona. My responsibilities include performing 6-year internal inspections and 12-year hydrostatic tests on fire extinguishers. I am certified to conduct DOT hydrostatic testing. Additionally, I have gained forklift experience moving pallets of fire extinguishers throughout the facility. My duties also encompass performing monthly inspections and annual maintenance/inspections on Fire Extinguishers, Exit Lights, Emergency Lights, and Combination Emergency and Exit Lights. Since early 2017, I have been training to Service/Maintain Kitchen Suppression, Fire alarm, and various Clean Agent Suppression Systems. Also got my NICET 1 !

While working for Central Asset management during college I realized the power of realestate investing as a side hustle. I bought my first duplex in 2019, bought my second duplex in 2021. I am constantly looking for new realestate opportunities to grow my portfolio whether it be residential or commercial properties. I enjoy working on the properties my self to better enhance my return on the investment.

Worked on many different sized boats detailing, conducting engine repair, acid washes, moved boats around yard, delivered boats to customers, picked up boats from customers, conducted on site repair calls, mowed the grass on the property, learned to manage big projects over time that I was given, installed wakeboard towers/ballast systems, installed speakers systems, installed stereo head unites, extensive forklift operation (which is how we moved boats around the yard), picked up parts at stores when needed, painted interior of building, changed impellers,changed fuel pumps, worked on lower units; like props, also fixed leaking tunes on pontoons.
