Bubble Gum X is one of the fastest growing local beauty chain, been very honoured to be part the organisation for a whopping 7 years. Joined in 2017 when Bubble Gum X was having 5 outlets, and grown into a chain of 34 by the end of 2023. Was very thrilled and excited to join the newly set-up business development unit in 2022 and had been part of the business expansion team in charge of new outlet opening, outlet refurbishment and relocation. Was part of the biggest expansion plan in year 2023, took care of all 6 new outlets opening, and 7 outlets refurbishment and relocation.Work closely with MD in conducting research and study to identify and understand new markets, business opportunities, new outlet locations and customer needs. Define objectives and goals for business development efforts by setting revenue targets, market expansion goals, new product and service developments. Implement a growth strategy, including the scope of work, deliverable and timeline focused on customer satisfaction, financial gain and business expansion.

Mainly in giving creative vision, direction and management to the creative team of designers, copywriters, videographers, photographers and project managers. Oversee all phases of creative development work of designs, social media postings, photography, copywriting, video productions, and orchestrate advertising campaigns. Implement policies and standards that reinforce the brand identity, strategy and goals and supervise the marketing team including marketing activities and events.

Started as a freelancer and later joined as a full timer. In charge of developing visual concepts and designs that aligned with brand’s image and marketing needs. Often collaborate with marketing teams to shape brand identity, amplify social media engagement, and contribute to the success of marketing campaigns. Also helped in produce and create engaging and high-quality content across various platforms, social media channels and print.

Main conduit between account management, brand consultants, designers and productionfor all projects including pitches. Manage and arrange all project from initiation through completion to ensure smoothly process and timely delivery. Coordinate amongst various groups to facilitate smooth job briefings, creative meetings, WIPs, presentations and production meetings. Develop and implement system workflows that ensure effective distribution of workload and efficient deliveries.

Responsible for preparing cost estimation (quotations and fees calculation) for new business pitches, advertising campaigns, print production, photography, and third party purchases. Key decision-maker on production outsourcing, vendor/supplier recruitment, cost reduction, bought price fixation, and the like. Evaluate and assess production and material cost at the time quote and actual time ofproduction. Coordinate with costing manager and production team in undertaking/overseeing of PO’s,estimates and invoices. Maintain efficient follow-up system of projects from end-to-end to ensure relevant parties are kept up-to-date mainly on job profitability.Had the opportunity to work with world class badminton players for the advertising campaign key visual photography production.

Assist Studio Manager & Production Manager in all production and studio management/ organization related matter. Implement and coordinate production workflow to achieve job efficiency. Monitor production performance to ensure production quality standards.
