I am a finance professional with over 15 years of experience, currently residing and working in Paphos for Soytex Group, a trading commodities company. I began my journey with them in 2021, starting as a strategic consultant. After successfully implementing an OKR (Performance Management System) project, which increased team focus on risks and led to a 12.3% increase in business unit margin profits, eliminated risks of customer loss, and ensured proper documentation flow within six months, I transitioned to financial services. In 2024 I am currently concluding the implementation of a new ERP accounting system (lead a team of 6 coworkers). This process, which took a little over 1.5 years for a first start, organized key business metrics and prevented the diversion of funds to inefficient areas. Future system improuvement is ongoing with a three-year roadmap. The new system allowed us to hire the right CFO and implement a new accounting policy across the group of companies. My primary value to the business lies in my ability to enhance organizational efficiency and accountability through meticulous planning and execution of financial strategies. -==Previously ==-+ In 2021, I was involved in launching a clothing production business with my wife. However, after relocating to Cyprus due to global circumstances, we had to pivot from our production and distribution business in Russia. This led me back to a career in finance.+ In my role as a business developer till 2020, I developed projects for bloggers and opinion leaders on social networks, establishing online businesses like training programs and clubs. My collaboration with Alexey Sitnikov, a Doctor of Psychology and Economics, was particularly transformative. + Up to 2016 I was a part of a RaiffeisenBank team as the leader of the Budget and Control group. My key responsibilities included setting and adjusting the group's operations with a focus on controlling rather than technical payment processing. At RaiffeisenBank, my team (4FTE) and I implemented more than 4 projects that earned me the title of Vice President.+ Up to 2013 I worked to S7, Russia's largest airline company, where I organized the budgeting group's work, constructed a ground handling cost system, and documented all processes. After successfully leading these initiatives, I was promoted to head the budgeting group, team of 3 coworkers. + My career began in 2008 as a controller at consulting company (integrator of MS Axapta), where I handled financial accounting within the group.
