As a Program Manager in Consumer Purchase, my team is one of a handful of core back-end service teams at the heart of the Commerce and Ecosystems org orchestrating transactions at huge scale for major products across Microsoft, including Xbox, Office, OneDrive, and more. My role involves driving design and implementation across several partner teams, understanding the customer impact of our work, and ownership of a feature development crew. Lately this includes:• Drove large and complex multi-team feature E2E to reduce 30k monthly error rate for product• Reduced 4% user error rate for for several products• Increased revenue by ~$50mm yoy• Drove the elimination of a high optics issue with CFO attention• Built multi-project modernization plan for new storage, eventing, search, and additional features • Queried data to build narrative around business metrics• Created vision, recruited team of 15+ devs, and drove execution for Microsoft's yearly hackathon, releasing private MVP for white label product

As a data driven Program Manager, I used data to propose a backlog of user stories and visualizations, one of which was deemed to become user facing for XBOX users. Additionally: • Created Product Backlog of 23 Features and User stories based on data, and recommendations from SMEs• Worked to ingest, clean, normalize, and prep data for visualization, feature selection, and modeling • Utilized Data Science for presentation of Data Driven Business Case to Product Sponsor• Utilized Data Science Libraries such as Numpy, Pandas, Sklearn, Scipy, Matplotlib• Drove project to ensure all parties signed off on final backlog before presenting• Translated stakeholder problem/goal into user stories for 2 week sprints• Managed team of 7 during mini-project to deliver functionality deemed to “improve process by at least 80%” according to stakeholder• Implemented matching algorithm to assign Candidates to Interviewers

Successfully managed multiple cross-shore Web Development teams using Scrum, Kanban and other Agile Project Management methodologies as a Project Manager while also having my hands in many Product Management decisions. Developed unique business model to enable parents of lower socioeconomic backgrounds to come together in small cooperatives to collectively afford what wouldn't be financially feasible for them individually. This model created an ideal mix of affordability and quality for students.

Developed strategies to reduce cost of customer acquisition for walk-in, phone-in, and web-traffic at various stages of consumer pipeline. Implemented strategies to increase referral traffic.
