Assess SW against Together SC’s nonprofit best practices and create or revise policies, procedures, measures, and/or actions so that 100% of best practices are fully in place. Evaluate and implement program impact measures so that 100% of SW programs have measures that are tracked (current ~63%).

Research new materials-generation to deliver cost improvement and be at the forefront of new technologies. Liaised between design, available technologies, investments, material cost and quality to ensure best selection of suppliers-partners.Consistently select partners and materials to deliver Sustainable products. Support Mold Management strategy to manage in the most efficient way the company assets.Communicated with suppliers daily, updating them about upcoming projects as well as being informed on new technologies.

Lead cross functional project teams to ensure Project timeline and key deliverables (Cost, Capital, Quality and Customer Service).
