About Belvir Kaur

Vast experience in Telecommunication Company, 22 year with Celcom Malaysia Berhad covering Branch Operations, Customer Service, Marketing and overall Retail outlet operation in Central Region.Very interesting as i will meet customers and vendor partners as well. Dealing with them have given me valuable experience on managing peoples emotions and behaviors. Started from low down as Customer Service Representative to Executive , to Officer , than to Head of Service Centre, continue to Branch Manager and till Zone Operation Manager whereby I'm responsible for Managing overall outlets issues, HR matters, Manpower planning, Recruiting staff for outlets, Problem solving for customers @ VIP & high end customers and implementation of retail operation strategies. Currently, I'm working as the MD, assoc Consultant in HR, Training Manager / Consultant. Handling IR /DI /Recruitment/ VSS/ Retrenchment and other HR matters for our clients. Coordinating various management training as well including for Sabah/ Sarawak. Able to communicate very well (added language in Tamil and Punjabi too) and presents creative ideas in an impromptu manner and carries myself very well, full of positive energy and stamina. I work well under pressure and able to complete tasks given professionally.
