Various property and development projects ranging between $5M - $50M.The role included scoping and feasibility for projects as well as management of the design, implementation, and close out phases. Clients included a range of private and iwi clients. A key project was the award-winning Erskine residential development in Island Bay, Wellington.

Te Whare Toroa - $75M NZDThis project provides the infrastructure for the RNZAF's new P-8A Poseidon aircraft. This was a short term role assisting the project team initiate QA systems and processes.

Various High End Building Projects - Up to £650,000Working with clients/architects/quantity surveyors and a range of contractors to deliver high end residential building projects through out SW London.

Central Plains Water Stage 2 - $200M NZDDowner constructed Stage Two of the Central Plains Water irrigation scheme for more than 20,000ha of farmland. The scheme consists of over 200km of HDPE pipe. My role was to oversee the installation of each property’s connection to the scheme which involved the day-to-day management of several crews. I successfully dealt with the farmers to complete the works without disrupting their working farms. I was also responsible for completing programming of my portion of the works, managing the procurement of parts, and reporting of the crew’s financial performance to the project manager. I successfully communicated internally, as well as with the client and key stakeholders, resulting in my portion of the works being completed within the required timeframe and budget. In this role I also had the opportunity to work with and mentor some of the team’s junior engineers.

Christchurch Northern Corridor - 10km 4-lane motorway - $240M NZDManagement of drainage, large earthworks, and structural contractors working in technically challenging conditions. Fulton Hogan Earthquake Rebuild Team - $2.2B (across the entire SCIRT programme)Day-to-day supervision of on-site crews to ensure productivity, safety, quality, and environmental standards were met. Accurate record keeping and prompt reporting of issues to immediate managers. Administration/office based work such as processing claims, procuring subcontractors, organising and checking contracts, work scope changes, project forecasting, and programming. Based in the main SCIRT office in order to liaise with SCIRT design teams and drive effective, efficient design change.
