•Perform various tasks for the National Jewish Committee on Scouting.•Assemble Packets for training, these packets include information on how to start units and sample literature.•Work closely with Media Studios on literature printing, changes and restock.•Order literature from our distribution site upon request for professionals, councils, volunteers, etc., and maintain inventory on in-house literature room.•Prepare shipments of literature/displays for National conventions and conferences.•Gather literature for Philmont Training Courses.•Support Religious Relationships Task Force, National Jewish Committee on Scouting and Association of Baptists and Scouting.•Perform administrative duties and backup on phone coverage for team. Assist other administrative staff with work when requested. Directly assigned to three professionals, but work for the whole department of 31 and team of 10.

-Selected to prepare special reports for the CEO-Verified proposals/government bids/contracts for accuracy-Managed all billing/collection-Responsible for training office staff-Proactively identified office needs and how to creatively get them done-Wore multiple hats-office manager, receptionist (when needed), purchased supplies, ran errands, etc.
