Built Environment Media is a leading supplier of data and analytics to the global AEC community. For the last three years we have been developing a unique business intelligence platform in the proptech space. Focusing on the UK property market, Developer Insight utilises specially created Ai algorithms to analyse and frame business opportunities within the pre-planning project pipeline. The company was originally founded in 2005 by Richard Coleman and Michael Hammond and quickly became a leading provider of news and information through its online portal, World Architecture News (WAN). WAN Business Information (WBI) provided international business opportunity data. WBI became Tenderstream.com when Haymarket bought WAN and WAN AWARDS in 2006. Tenderstream remained with Built Environment Media and reinvested the proceeds of the sale to build out Developer Insight (Di)which had been on the drawing board for three years. Michael is also presenter of Shoptalkpodcast.com, a series of podcasts featuring interviews with leading architects and designers.Michael left Haymarket Media Group in January 2018, to focus on expanding TenderStream and launching Developer Insight in Q1 2021.
