As an Electrical Engineer, I am accountable for monitoring the project performance to ensure tasks and instructions are followed as per the agreed contractual terms and conditions and as per company standards, policies and procedures. Preparing LV Design, Single Line Diagrams, Water Layouts, Submission to DEWA and follow up for Electricity and Water Connections. Involved in submission & follow up with RTA for Construction and Trial Pit NOC, Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority for Modification NOC, Trakhees for Modifications and General NOC and Dubai Supply Authority (DUSUP) for Excavation NOC. I am responsible for maintaining effective coordination with the site engineers, client and specialist construction sub-contractors in resolving the technical issues in advance. Preparing load schedule, light and power drawings and follow up with DEWA.I am also responsible for monitoring and presenting the construction progress, quality control, cost control, site activities and proposes corrective action to bring project on track. Contributing and assisting Project Manager in project planning, scheduling and handling the projects on time also monitoring & following up with customer, vendors and different internal departments for step-by-step activities getting done during execution of project. Identifying and resolving issues and conflicts within the project team. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Involved in setting and continually manage project expectations with team members. Delegating tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.

As a Site Engineer, I was entrusted with the onus to plan and organize the work on daily basis including preparing the daily planning sheet for day’s work. Conducted root cause analysis of failures and provided breakdown solutions within minimum time lapse. Coordinated with all agencies involved in the project to accelerate pace of project implementation. Developed good sense for upkeep of system documents among all level of staffs on the site.Analyzed the site location as well as the job completion; planned and assessed the basic requirements while setting up the technical infrastructure of the project. Constantly monitored the project execution as per the finalized layouts/designs and within the targeted timelines.
