Project 7 - 41 LaGrange Street (Boston, MA): a ground up 126 unit 19-story cast in place high rise building. Mini pile deep foundation, pile cap / grade beam / core mat low foundation.Project 6 - Whittier Street Phase 3 (Roxbury, MA):Project 5 - Orient Heights Phase 3 (East Boston): alteration of (7) existing Row-House Apartment Buildings for low income affordable housing. Estimated completed date is late Spring 2023.Project 4 - Old Colony Phase 3B&C (Boston, MA): (2) ground up, combined 182,360 sf, low-rise affordable housing complexes serving Boston Housing Authority in South Boston. Phase 3B, a 115-Unit complex that meets LEED-Gold Certification; Phase 3C, a 55-Unit complex that meets PHIUS-Standard Certification. Completed date for both phases was late Spring 2022.

Project 3 - Lowell Justice Courthouse (Lowell, MA): a ground up 270,000 square foot high-rise courthouse servicing the city of Lowell, MA. The 17 courtroom building is a modern built energy-efficient design with state of the art security and technology. The completed facility will contain the operations of the District, Housing, Superior, Juvenile, Probate & Family Courts. The building also contains office space for court staff, a Law Library, detainee holding areas, registry of deeds, District Attorney, and a Grand Jury Room. Completion date was Late Winter 2020.

Project 2 - Citizens Bank Johnston Campus (Johnston, RI): A 425,000 sf, 5-building, ground-up corporate campus for Citizens Bank. Constructed on 108 wooded acres in Johnston, RI. The project is the new home of 3,200 bank employees and staff. The new campus totals (4) new buildings servicing as office buildings, meeting & collaborative spaces, dining and fitness facilities, a parking structure and various athletic fields. The project was completed fall 2018.Project 1 - Johnson & Wales University John J. Bowen Building (Providence, RI): A 74,000 sq ft, 32 Million dollar, 3-floor ground-up project for Johnson & Wales University. Purpose of the building is to serve as a new academic building for the engineering and science departments. Key components of the job: 13 sequences of steel erection, fire and aluminum glazed curtain wall on every each elevation, modern lighting fixtures, polished concrete floors and classrooms. The building houses a Red Mango cafe for the students and faculty. The building achieved LEED Gold certification. The project was completed Summer 2016.

A 14,000 square feet re-fabricated fit-out floor for CVS Caremark. This Digital Experience Center, mirroring CVS' Woonsocket, RI headquarters Dimeo previously worked on a few years prior. Produced Daily Reports and RFI (request for information) documents depicting work activity and man power clarification. Assisted on-site project supervision communicating to subcontractors under direction of Project Managers and Superintendent. Interfaced with subcontractors and architects to obtain submittal information to maintain an outstanding log. Chased subcontractors for project contracts and certificates of insurance. Ran subcontractors on-site safety briefing meetings.

Assisted change estimation under Construction Management computer-software. Processed change orders/ estimates, document clarification requests, processed change orders, approved change orders, amendments. Filed change order logs by following up with Sub-contractors for documents and clarification. Composed documents daily compiling into Box Sync technology, utilizing BlueBeam-Revu. Communicated with photographer for monthly meetings to take progress photos of McKinlock Hall. Logged a field Matrix of material inventory, correlated existing items to a punch-list using Autodesk BIM 360. Checked off with structural engineers and architects involving field items. Hired subcontractors for small jobs.
