Brad currently serves as the Chief Administrative Officer of Kanner & Pintaluga, a fast-growing 500-employee NLJ 500 and Mid-Market Pro 50 law firm, were he is a member of the Firm’s Executive Management Committee and is responsible for overseeing the Firm’s day-to-day operations and supporting the development and implementation of the Firm’s strategy. With two decades of team leadership and executive-level management experience, Brad is a regulated industries/professional service firm executive with particular expertise in organizational and operational alignment. His most recent experience includes scaling law firms -- both plaintiff and defense.Prior to his current role, Brad was the Chief Administrative Officer of an international Am Law 200 firm where he served as an ex officio member of that firm's management committee and focused on creating and driving value-added initiatives which helped them grow from 180 to over 400 attorneys and emerge as one of the top 200 firms in the U.S. by revenue. Since joining Kanner & Pintaluga in 2020, the Firm has nearly doubled in size, earned the No. 1 and No. 7 spot on the 2023 Mid-Market Pro 50 list for Revenue per Lawyer (RPL) and Gross Revenues respectively, and is poised to become an Am Law 200 firm. Brad stays active in the community. He currently serves as a member on Florida's Seventeenth Circuit Unlicensed Practice of Law (UPL) Committee and from 2019-2022 served as a public member on Florida's Seventeenth Circuit Grievance Committee.A native of Fairport, New York, Brad enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps following high school and obtained the rank of Sergeant while on active duty. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a Master's Degree in Law Firm Management from The George Washington University.
