UNOPS manages the Three Millennium Development Goal Fund (3MDG), supported by seven donors who invest $270 million to contribute to Myanmar’s progress towards the health millennium development goals and universal health coverage.As Communication Specialist (Health), I led the communication strategy design and planning for The Three Millennium Development Goal Fund (3MDG).My main achievements are:▪ Developed and implemented the Fund’s communication strategy and operational plan;▪ Boosted the digital and social media presence of 3MDG (from 1,000 likes to 10,000 likes on Facebook, e-newsletter with over 700 subscribers in a few months, new website, etc)▪ Increased visibility of 3MDG Fund with high-quality corporate materials: reports, fact sheets, posters as well as video documentaries for TV and online distribution▪ Provided Technical Assistance to the Ministry of Health, notably by developing their nationwide Tuberculosis and Multi-Drug Resistance Tuberculosis media campaign▪ Edited and published the fund’s Annual Report, Progress Report and over technical publications;▪ Managed a team of editors, designers and external suppliers
