Lead the onboarding of new clients to the Simon platform, overseeing both project management and tactical work to ensure that customers receive the highest value from the product as quickly as possible. Lead multiple proofs of concept, translating them into conversions. Engage daily in hands-on tasks, including setting up integrations with client data sources, modeling strategic data points for marketing and analytics, establishing API connections to trigger messages and audience sharing from the platform, and configuring web ingestion for real-time campaigns via pixels and APIs. Work closely with clients' CMOs, CTOs, and VP leaders to help them diagnose challenges at the intersection of data and marketing, guiding them to build successful workflows within the architecture of Simon. Operate as an internal advisor to account managers to develop client support strategies. Spearhead new documentation and workflow improvements to create a more efficient support structure for clients. Collaborate closely with Simon Data’s sales, client solutions, engineering, and product teams to help shape product vision and deployment strategy, including leading client-facing roles in multiple beta product rollouts.

Manage the day-to-day technical guidance for numerous enterprise and mid-market accounts.Integrate clients into the Simon platform by connecting databases, ingesting third party end channels via webhook and API, and creating datasets in SQL. Large scale analysis of data set through descriptive statistics, natural language processing (as the data was so text based), and various visualizations with Python and Power BI.
