As a recent graduate of Georgia State University, I am looking forward to beginning my career in the hospitality and marketing industry. I believe I bring a comprehensive set of skills that would be valuable to marketing and hospitality organizations. I am a motivated, extroverted self-starter with experience working in the group setting to coordinate and collaborate with team members toward a common goal. I have excellent communication skills and am people-centered by nature. I bring the ability to organize around tasks and projects and to problem-solve as needed to achieve successful results. Through my work in the restaurant industry, I have been tasked to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensure a positive customer experience and to operate effectively in a team setting. I have been called upon to provide mentoring and training to new team members and to navigate challenges associated with staffing shortages and changes in leadership. I am accustomed to working all scheduled hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
