Primary responsibilities include cultivating new partnerships to grow Beanstock Media's presence in the marketplace while also increasing revenue and margin.

--Responsible for achieving monthly contribution margin goals for North American businesses: Performance Marketing(RON), Semantic Targeting (iSense/Sitescreen) and Lead Generation (iLead). Met and exceeded revenue goals.--Developed and maintained website partnerships in order to expand Ad Pepper’s media network.--Managed campaign fulfillment from inception to completion – developed forecasts and optimization strategies, andanalyzed campaign performance.--Worked directly with the VP of Business Development and President to determine key market opportunities anddevelop core contribution margin growth strategies.

--Responsible for conducting gap analysis interviews for a large media and entertainment client. Created a Financial Reporting workshop to help identify areas of improvement against leading practices and the feasibility in which they can be implemented. --Created a Global Shared Services business case for the centralization of the finance department. --Assisted in the development of multiple sales proposals that have generated $30 million in for the Advisory division. --Founded the Media and Entertainment's Community of Interest Network focused around expanding E&Y's knowledge and relationships in the industry--Developed Financial Statement Close Process, process flows for an international commercial real estate client. Assisted in the creation and delivery of a Financial Close and Management Reporting workshop. --Analyzed the development of a business plan that is most suitable for aligning the client to reach its full growth potential by conducting multiple interviews with upper management. --Created the design and maintenance of a database used to support the Operations Performance and Regulatory departments for a large energy client.--Chosen to lead and organize the Advisory community service outreach program for the Northeast region.
