Set the digital experience strategy and creative vision for our clients, designing new identities, platforms, applications and branded experiences.Lead teams through our design process to deliver new industry leading visual, verbal and interactive languages.Act as the point of authority for Brand Experience Design within the group, providing guidance to internal teams and consultation to clients on the subjects of brand development, interface design and design systems.Provide governance and leadership across key projects and client relationships, including our largest account, Lexus Europe.Identify and grow the specialisms needed for world-class Experience Design within our practice, with the goal of inspiring work which is informed (guided by data), instinctive (driven by experimentation) and imaginative (inspiring an emotional response).Drive our internal craft development and our external reputation as a leading experience agency to a global audience.Enrich our creative culture by developing our digital design capabilities and supporting on issues such as training, development and wellbeing across the group to support our User Experience Consultants, Visual Designers, Motion Designers and Copywriters.
